Oklahoma Burglars Targeting Funeral Attendees Accidentally Call 911 During Robbery

Stealing from someone is crooked; stealing from a family who is attending a funeral is downright despicable. Thankfully these Oklahoma crooks were dumb enough to pocket-dial 911 during their heist.

According to News On 6, a pair of crooks had been targeting families attending funerals in order to rob their houses. (Why? To get drug money apparently.) But one of these knit-wits pocket dialed 911 and dispatchers overheard an entire conversation about the robbery they were committing.  You can watch the video below and hear some of the phone call.

All police had to do was trace the phone call and showed up at a gold and silver exchange shop where one of the thieves was trying to unload a bunch of the jewelry they had just stolen.

Police then linked the duo to a number of other robberies that had all targeted people attending funerals. They are still searching for the second crook.

What a couple of scumbags!
