Man Punches Himself In The Face, Tries To Blame Neighbor

Getting in a fight with yourself and losing is bad enough, but calling to cops to try and blame the guy that lives next door is just plain stupid.

According to UPI, police in Alaska had to arrest a man after he allegedly punched himself in the face and put the blame on his neighbor to try and get him arrested.

The 50-year-old man called police late one night saying that his neighbor had assaulted him. (Coincidentally, he and the neighbor were in the middle of a property dispute.)

When police arrived the man told them the same story that he had told the 911 dispatcher, but I guess even he figured it was a stupid idea because he then admitted that he had hit himself and made the whole thing up to try and get the other guy in trouble.

Somehow the, ‘I hate you so much, I’m going to hit myself in the face,’ routine never really works out too well for anyone.
