Man Gets Stuck In Chimney Trying To Burglarize Home

Sneaking into a house through a chimney should probably be left to Santa Claus, just ask this Florida man who tried to rob a home  and got stuck in the chimney trying to get in.

According to CBS Tampa Bay, this 25-year-old blew through all of his money on a Wednesday night and decided to try and rob a home and refill his wallet. His brilliant plan was to climb in through the chimney of a house, but he got stuck halfway down. His accomplice ran to a gas station to call for help once he realized his buddy was stuck. Police and fire officials showed up and spent two hours getting the guy free.

He had to be taken to a hospital and then to jail. His buddy is being charged as an accessory to the crime.
