Today’s story comes to us from Michigan where a 55-year-old man was stopped by police for drunken driving a motorized wheelchair.

Our guy had already been arrested six times prior for operating vehicles while intoxicated, but this was his first in a wheelchair.

According to UPI, police were called to the man’s senior citizen living complex because someone hit our guy in the face and in return our guy stole a motorized wheelchair belonging to the man who hit him.

He took off driving to make his getaway, but he was sporting a .24 blood alcohol level and police put a quick stop to it.

[He] was in danger of his own life as well as having someone avoid hitting him and then swerving off the road and slamming into a pole or building.

I guess he can cross drunken wheelchair joyride off his bucket list.
