Man Tries To Impress Date With Fake Mugging

Attention guys, if you're trying to impress a lady having your friend pretend to mug you so you can fight him off is not a good idea. Just ask this doofus from Arkansas.

According tio KAIT, this 26-year-old was just trying to make an impression on his date. He had paid one of his friends to pose as a mugger and attack him and his date. The two love birds went walking through the woods and the mugger-friend showed up wearing all black and carrying a large knife.

Our guy then "fought off" the mugger, and received some injuries to his chest and wrists. But his date had taken off and called police.

They weren't a part of Romeo's plans.

They showed up and started searching for the perpetrator. The wannabe hero wasn't telling police anything and acting suspicious. Once they told him they wouldn't press charges if he told the truth, he spilled the beans about his plan.
