Man Tries To Buy Beer With Stolen Credit Card Belonging To Bartender

Stealing a credit card and trying to get a bunch of free stuff with it is pretty low, and that’s just what a homeless man in Florida did.

However, karma came back to get him when he tried to buy a beer at a bar, but the man he had stolen the credit card from turned out to be his bartender.

According to the Miami Herald, the guy had broken in to a car in a parking garage late Monday night. Then a little before midnight he took the card to a local bar to order himself a tall, frosty beer.

The bartender took the card, and realized it was his own.

That had to be a shock! He called police and they showed up to arrest the beer-moocher, who claimed to have found the credit card on the ground.

I can only imagine what was going through that guy’s head on his way to jail, “Of all the bars in town, I had to walk into that one…”

Crime doesn't pay and it won't get you a free beer either.
