Man Takes Girlfriend’s Son Black Friday Shopping And Comes Home With New TV, But No Kid

There are a lot of jokes out there about men not knowing how to take care of children. Well, guys like this are doing nothing to dispel those myths.

This 34-year-old accidentally left his girlfriend’s 2-year-old son behind after scoring a deal while black Friday shopping.

According to KMGH, the Massachusetts man was watching the boy while his girlfriend (the boy’s mother) was at work. He took the kid black Friday shopping, but decided to leave to kid in the car while he went in the store.

Authorities found the boy asleep in the car about 1:30 in the morning, broke in and took him to the hospital (He was fine).

They tracked the dad down, who had apparently bought a 51-inch TV and called a friend for a ride home.

He told police he lost the boy while shopping, panicked and called someone else for a ride.

Let me get this straight, he loses his girlfriend's child and his panic move is to call a buddy to get a ride home?!

I just wish I could have been a fly on the wall when he had to have that conversation with his girlfriend. “So, I left little Timmy at the store tonight…but don’t worry, the police broke into the car and have him safe and sound. Did you see this killer TV I bought?!”

I bet you can't count the number of seconds before she kicked him to the curb on one hand.
