Man Proposes To Girlfriend After They Rob A Family Dollar Store – Dumb Criminal Of The Day

Ahh, a case the clearly proves romance isn't dead. A Texas man gave a marriage proposal to his girlfriend shorty after the couple was arrested for aggravated robbery of a Family Dollar store.

Nothing quite says "forever and always" like a couple that commits crimes together.

According to KSAT, this 24-year-old female of this couple had been caught by a store manager trying to leave with a bunch of stolen merchandise. Her boyfriend came to her rescue and helped her escape.

Police showed up and tracked the couple down and arrested them on charges of aggravated robbery.  Shorty after that the 27-year-old man asked for his lady's hand in marriage.

And she said "yes!"

It's like she's living every girl's fairy tale.
