Man Calls 911 To Report Himself For Drunk Driving

I have to give today’s dumb criminal a little credit, at least he owned up to doing something stupid. However, calling police to report yourself as a drunk driver doesn’t make up for the fact that you were driving drunk to begin with.

According to UPI, this 24-year-old Indiana man was driving just after midnight. He lost control of his car and ended up in a highway median. He got the car back on the road and continued driving until he realized he had a flat tire, that was when he decided he should call police to report himself.

Owning up to your mistakes is good. But the fact that he had to tattle on himself for doing something as stupid as driving after a night of drinking is more than enough to land anyone on the dumb criminals list.
