Immigration Officer Takes Egg Rolls As Bribes For Citizenship

I love egg rolls as much as the next guy, but accepting egg roles as bribes for citizenship and green cards as an immigration officer? That's insane.

Okay, so the gal took cash and egg rolls as bribes, but that's still enough to land her on my dumb criminals list.

According to ABC, the 47-year-old immigration officer has been indicted on three counts of solicitation of a bribe by a public official.

Prosecutors say Nguyen took 200 egg rolls from a citizenship applicant and received $1,000 and $2,200 bribes from two other immigrants since 2011.

200 egg rolls to become a US citizen...Wouldn't it just be cheaper to take the test?
