Girls Try To Rob Donut Shop While Wearing Trash Bags – Dumb Criminal Of The Day

As far as disguises go, trash bags are probably not the best way to hide your identity. Especially if you are trying to rob the cashier you had borrowed a phone from a few minutes prior.

This all went down in Albuquerque, New Mexico. According to CBS, two women walked into a Dunkin' Donuts shop, bought some donuts and borrowed the store cashier's phone to call a cab.

Minutes later they re-entered the store, wearing trash bag disguises, and demanding cash from the register.

Using his keen sense of observation, the clerk immediately recognized the two girls and chased them out of the store and into the waiting cab they had just called for.

They escaped in the cab, but the driver eventually kicked them out once he realized they were broke. Police are still looking for the girls.

The whole trying to rob a store that you had just been a customer at is bad enough, but I’m also wondering about the cab driver. Would you still give a ride to two girls wearing trash bags on their heads that were being chased out of a donut shop?
