Florida Crook Botches Bank Robbery, Robs Drugstore Across the Street Instead

"If at first you don’t succeed, try try again," is not a good mantra for a bumbling bank robber.

A Florida man tried to rob a bank, but the teller refused to give him money and called police. So, our guy went across the street and robbed a drugstore instead.

According to UPI, this guy walked into a Bank Of America wearing sunglasses and a baseball cap around lunchtime. He handed a teller a note saying he had a gun and wanted money, but the teller refused and called the boys and girls in blue.

Our crook quickly left the bank, but decided to rob the CVS pharmacy across the street instead. I'd hate to see what the rest of this guy's errand list looked like!

Now police have plenty of surveillance video footage to him behind bars.
