How do you keep a low profile after committing a slew of violent crimes and being featured on 'Washington’s Most Wanted'?

I’m not exactly sure, but I can tell you that chaperoning your kid’s school field trip to the ice rink is NOT how to do it.

According to MSNBC, police in Seattle are looking for 39-year-old Donald Vasser after he was seen chaperoning his daughter's elementary school field trip.

Vasser was featured a local law enforcement show called 'Washington's Most Wanted', which described him as a violent criminal that had more than 20 arrests on his record.

He was wanted for a number of crimes, but that didn't stop him from tagging along as a “responsible” adult for his daughter’s ice skating trip.

Another parent recognized him and called police as they were headed back to the school, but Vasser made a clean getaway before authorities showed up.

School officials are looking into how he was allowed on the trip as the school requires a background check for all chaperons and police are still on the hunt for him.

Let’s cut him some slack, maybe he had that episode of “Washington’s Most Wanted” on DVR and didn't know the whole world knew what he looked like yet.

At least he was trying to be a good dad. (I said trying, not succeeding.)
