Dumb Criminal of the Day: Man Calls 911 Looking For a Fight

Anger Management anyone?

A 38-year-old man in Willowbrook, Illinois decided to call 911 at 4 o’clock in the morning for a very strange reason. He told the dispatcher he “wanted to see an officer because he wanted to fight with them."

Well police did show up at his home, and guess what happened?

Once officer arrived it didn't take the man long to start pushing and shoving which led to his arrest. He’s now facing charges of aggravated battery, resisting a police officer, and battery with intent to provoke or insult, all of which carry the ‘felony’ stamp.

Apparently this guy has had a few run-ins with the Willobrook PD before. The Chicago Tribune reports that he had prior contact with the police and is also a registered sex-offender.

I think this guy really needs to find something more constructive to do with his spare time.
