Burglar Wears Underpants Mask, Find Out Safe Is Too Heavy To Steal – Dumb Criminal Of The Day

If you plan to use underwear on your head as a robbery disguise, you should probably rethink your plan, and your position in life.

Two robbers (One wearing a bandanna, the other covering his face with underwear) robbed a coffee shop in Ohio. Aside from having horrible disguises, the pair found out the hard way that they can’t waltz off with a 200-pound safe.

According to the Idaho Statesman, the two crooks were caught on surveillance video and left evidence at the scene of the crime. The shop owner thinks they might be disgruntled former employees.

They broke in early in the morning and hoped to walk off with the store’s large safe. However, that safe weighs over 200-pounds and is bolted to the floor. I’m not sure how they planned to take it, but they did take a smaller safe that had less than $500 in it.

I hope the underwear-mask-wearer at least washed his disguise first.
