Bank Teller Laughs At Robber Brandishing A Meat Cleaver [VIDEO]

If your a criminal planning to intimidate someone and steal their money, your have failed miserably if your intended victim turns and cracks-up for the surveillance video.

According to this post on Kotaku, a man in Shanghai, China walked up to a bank teller, whipped out a meat cleaver, and said, "This is a robbery."

By the way, he was talking on a cell phone while this is all going down.

Our teller didn't seem to worried, she actually turned to face the security camera and was  laughing at the crook.

Police came and took the guy into custody and are giving him a mental evaluation.
