Arrested Man Tells Police, ‘I Need to Get My Crackpipe’

You can file. "I need to get my crackpipe," pretty high on the list of things you shouldn't say to police as they are arresting you. That was a brilliant move made by a 43-year-old man in California.

According to KLTV,police responded to a call about an assault and showed up to find that our guy had kicked his girlfriend and had pulled out a box knife and threatened to cut her.

Police broke up the scuffle and one of them spotted some drug paraphernalia. That's when man-genuis here said, "Hold on a second. I need to get my crack pipe," and then got in a fight with one of the officers.

As you can guess, this guy is now facing a laundry list of serious charges against him.
