Try a new twist on those lucky celebrations.

The big day has finally arrived. Happy St Patrick's Day, everyone! It's a day that should make us all feel lucky, even though the celebrations might look a tad different. Actually, last year's St Patrick's Day was the last holiday I remember celebrating while out with my friends before everything changed.

How are you celebrating today? Perhaps you're staying in with a big helping of corned beef and cabbage. Maybe you're sharing your favorite green beer with your family or friends. Feel free to share those photos with us and keep us on throughout the evening as your St Patrick's Day playlist.

Traditionally, green beer is one of the most popular celebratory beverages on this lucky holiday. And with so many craft companies and breweries out there, you're sure to find a brew for you. Another popular drink would be Irish Whiskey. I think an Irish coffee is a delight on a chilly night and it definitely tastes like St Patty's Day.

Have you ever enjoyed an Irish margarita?

I had never heard of it before, but I do love a good marg. I found a recipe online from Restless Chipotle and it sounds... interesting. For some odd reason, mixing Irish whiskey and tequila together doesn't sound like a good idea.

Nonetheless, this recipe calls for Reposado, Irish whiskey, Aperol, peach schnapps, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and lime juice. I'm assuming the blue curacao and the pineapple juice combine to make a wicked green color. You can serve this on the rocks or blended into a frozen margarita.

It's described as tasting like a grown up Hawaiian Punch.

There are other recipes featured on the site that you might want to check out for St Patrick's Day. My eyes immediately locked in on the chocolate beer bundt cake. What are you cooking or shaking up tonight?
