Man Calls 911 After Craigslist Date Shows Up Same Time As His Girlfriend

Now here is an example of what not to do!

A Colorado man decided to take a look at what kind of 'fish are in the sea' and checked the personal ads on Craigslist and managed to get a date with a woman. And apparently this was not the first time the Colorado Springs man had successfully arranged a date over the website. He reportedly would have the women come over after 3 a.m. to get "better acquainted."

Well this particular instance the mans girlfriend had come home a little earlier than he expected. After the Craigslist woman arrived at his home he called police to report the woman as a burglar.

Now I just feel bad for the girl on Craigslist... probably just looking for an innocent date. But then again... 3 a.m. isn't an appropriate "date time."

Lesson be learned...
