Woman Dies While Giving Birth, Then Comes Back to Life

This is an amazing story.

High School teacher Erica Nigrelli passed out and her heart stopped beating while she was in a classroom. She was 36 weeks pregnant at the time. Her co-workers did CPR on her and paramedic arrived and took her to the hospital where she gave birth via C-section.

Scary right? Well here is the kicker. Her heart wasn't beating when she gave birth so it was a post-mortem delivery. Both her and the baby are doing fine now! Erica has a heart defect which was unnoticed until that day and she could have died if it weren't for her co-workers.
