Is Windsor’s Taco Bell Getting Ready To Re-Open After Being Seized?
After being closed for most of 2023 after being seized back in January, is the Taco Bell on Main Street in Windsor, Colorado getting ready to re-open? Here's why we ask...
The Taco Bell In Windsor Could Be Coming Back Soon
I started working in Windsor, Colorado back in the fall of 2021. Our radio stations are located right on Main Street, less than 5 minutes away from the former Taco Bell, their only location in Windsor by the way. OK, technically they have another one on Crossroads closer to the Bud Events Center, but that feels way more like it's in Loveland location-wise, so for this conversation, it doesn't count. Anyway, I'd rolled through there a handful of times, and it always seemed like it was busy, and business was good. Maybe it wasn't doing as well as we thought as it was seized and in the possession of the town of Windsor. What??

Is The Taco Bell In Windsor, Colorado Re-Opening?
I'm glad I pulled into the lot because what I saw was a crew gutting the current Taco Bell building, but why? While I can't confirm, it looks like they're doing the much-needed updates to this incredibly outdated location to (hopefully) re-open its doors this summer. I know, they could technically be just clearing it out for a whole new business, but if that was the case, wouldn't they start by taking all of the Taco Bell signage off of the building? I'm calling it, Taco Bell will be open again on Main Street at some point this summer. I'm hopeful anyway... Speaking of changes in Windsor, what's up with the Summit?
