I haven't been in City News in a long time, but I'm still very saddened to hear the news that they will be shutting their doors for good in March.

Beginning tonight, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will close Colorado Highway 392 (Main Street) over Interstate 25 for eight days. Starting at 8 p.m. this evening (Nov. 14th) and continuing until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22nd, CDOT will completely close State Highway 392 over I-25 as well as all of the ramps. The frontage roads will remain open.

Bad news if you plan on traveling west of Loveland today, CDOT is completely closing U.S. Highway 34 for emergency repairs. All lanes will be shut down around mile-marker 86, and remain closed from approximately 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

I’m guessing just about every household, especially ones with children have the Poison Control Center’s phone number handy (or at least they should). But Congress is expected to vote on crucial budget items that could lead to a drastic reduction in funding for Poison Control. Leading to the closure of half of the centers in the country.
