4th Colorado Location Of Popular Restaurant Chain Is Coming In 2024

When's the last time you went into a restaurant that you'd never been to, or maybe even heard of until you saw it, and were completely blown away? Colorado has a list a mile long of fantastic locally owned and operated restaurants that are must-tries.

Back in 2023, a popular Southern franchise made its debut in Colorado, and most, if not all, who have visited have been hooked instantly. I'll always remember our first time in. I'll admit, I judged this place based on the name alone, but after trying, it's one of our favorite places to eat.

Chicken Salad Chick Announces 4th Colorado Location

From the customer service to the food and atmosphere, we love the "Chicken Salad Chick." Owned by a local couple in Northern Colorado, the location in Greeley was Colorado's very first location and is still the only location north of Colorado Springs, for now. Before we get to the new location, let's take a peek inside of the Greeley location... It's so good!

With the success of the Greeley location, the local owners of Greeley's Chicken Salad Chick announced a new location in Johnstown by Scheels, and just this week broke the news that they're also coming to Windsor!

As seen in the image below, the highly anticipated Windsor location will be located just a couple of blocks east of Hwy 257 on Main Street near the Human Bean and Doug's Diner.

While no opening date for the new Windsor location has been announced, they're encouraging fans to follow their Instagram page for all of the latest updates on all of the new location's progress.
