New Fort Collins Market Focuses on Locally Made and Grown Products
If you're like me, you love supporting the local farmers, artisans, and bakers that are the backbone of our community. Well a new Fort Collins store is focusing on those local goods.
Revolution Market, which opened up on West Olive Street, wants to focus on making Colorado made food easily accessible for residents throughout the city.
Customers will be able to buy food for both breakfast and lunch, along with having the ability to buy take home meals that are ready to cook as soon as you walk in the door.
The owners of Revolution Market, Jarod Dunn and Rebecca Barringer, also own Revolution Artisan Pops which has been open since the beginning of 2016. They will utilize the space in the new Revolution Market to produce the product for their original store.
With the closure of Safeway in downtown Fort Collins, this makes the Revolution Market and the Fort Collins Food Co-op as the only options to buy groceries in that part of the city.
Revolution Market is open from 7AM - 8PM daily, and will have a grand opening event this Saturday, May 6th.
