Colorado is lucky as far as the amount of hidden restaurant gems in our state. Some could be rivaled as some of the best in the entire country. Sure, I was born and raised here in Colorado, but as far as picking good food, I'm not playing favorites to my home state, we just truly have some bomb places to eat. From American, Asian, Indian, Italian, and more, we've got so many awesome choices that people literally come through Colorado just to try these spots in person. I stumbled upon a local Mexican restaurant that's kind of hidden in a smaller Colorado town, but it has some of the very best Mexican food you'll ever have.

This Local Chicken Restaurant Is Hands Down The Best In Colorado

Since 1963, The Wishbone Family Restaurant has been serving up some of the best food in the state of Colorado. Their specialty though, as you can tell by the name, is chicken. And boy, is it good!
