Jordan Breaks World Record for Largest Falafel, and It Looks Delicious!

Believe it or not, I only recently became acquainted with Mediterranean cuisine. But with all the Greek restaurants and gyro carts popping up in Fort Collins, it was kind of hard to avoid! One of the things I thought I would never like was falafel. Fried, mashed-up chick-peas? It just didn't sound very appetizing. Little did I know that trying it once would shoot it right up my list of favorite foods. That's why this world record looks so delicious to me!

A hotel in Jordan decided to feed the hole town with a record-setting giant falafel, and I wish I could have a bite!
