Hickenlooper Orders WHAT to be Destroyed in Colorado?
Colorado governor John Hickenlooper issued an executive order Thursday calling marijuana treated with unapproved pesticides a "threat to public safety" and said it should be destroyed.
The order comes over 6 months after Denver authorities began quarantining plants tainted by unauthorized chemicals.
Denver has since issued half a dozen recalls of marijuana products, while other plants have been released back into commerce after pesticide levels dropped to safe levels.
