Free Firearm Safety Class For Kids In Greeley

Colorado Shooting Sports in Greeley is holding free classes on September 20 to teach the youth of America how safely operate a firearm.

When I was young, I grew up watching my father hunt and own many firearms. He always, and i mean always kept them locked up tight in a safe. As I got older, I wanted to join him hunting. He told me that I had to take a hunters safety class first. That one class taught me so much. Not only am I not afraid of guns now, but I understand the rules for owning and operating a firearm.

I recommend putting all children through gun safety classes. That way, if they come into contact with a gun they will know how to handle it.
