In 2018, Neyla Pekarek announced her departure from the band The Lumineers so she could focus on her solo work, which is largely inspired by the history of Greeley. So, it makes sense that she'd release her album at the Moxi Theater on Friday, January 25.

Pekarek's record, Rattlesnake, is named after Rattlesnake Kate, who once killed over 100 rattlesnakes in Greeley, and then made a flapper dress from their skins. You can read more about the new record and get your tickets to the release show at the Moxi Theater here.
