Colorado Wendy’s Hooking Up Free Kids’ Meals All August

The fast food giant, Wendy's, is helping Colorado customers take some financial strain out of treating the entire family to dinner to celebrate back 2 school, with free kids' meals through the end of August.

If you've been out to eat with your entire family, you know how expensive things have gotten, especially over the last 4 years. Gone seem to be the days of the $1 menus where you could eat for around $3 a person if you got a value burger, fries, and a drink.

While some restaurants, including Wendy's, have come up with value meal deals for under $5, most of the time when you go, you're going to want the premium entrees and that's where you're dropping over $10 a person. You can easily drop $50-$75 fast just feeding a family of five.

As kids are getting back to school, Wendy's is giving you a chance to take the kids out to celebrate without having to break the bank.

How Do You Get Your Free Kids' Meal At Wendy's?

Through September 1st at participating Colorado Wendy's restaurants, you can get a free kids' meal and save a few bucks on your order. Wendy’s kids' meals feature your choice of a four-piece chicken nuggets, a cheeseburger or hamburger, served with fries or apple slices, and a drink. They also come with a toy, but Wendy's toys, much like Chick-fil-A are pretty lame.

To get in on the free kids' meal fun, just download the Wendy's app, go to the rewards tab, and open the reward for your free kids' meal with any premium combo meal. Be the classic Dave's Single, Baconator, or our favorite the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, your kiddo eats free after you pick your favorite meal.
