Colorado May Raise Smoking Age to 21 [POLL]

There is a bill up for review that would make Colorado the first state to have a "21 to smoke" law.

The bill will go before the House Health and Environment committee this afternoon (2-20-14). This would change the smoking law from 18 to 21. People who are between 18 and 20 right now would get a pass and be grandfathered in. People that are 17 years now would have to wait until 21.
