New Chick-fil-A Location In Colorado Opening Soon

Not to date myself here, but I remember growing up and only being able to get Chick-fil-A when we went to the mall. My malls of choice were the old Westminster Mall and Northglenn Mall, which both proudly featured Chick-fil-A inside of them.

Not only were they mostly featured in malls, but they were so unfamiliar still that someone would be near the entrance handing out sample chicken nuggets. Imagine anyone giving away free sample nuggets today, that line would be 100 people long at all times.

Even though they're closed on Sundays, Chick-fil-A is one of the busiest and most popular chicken restaurants in the country. From its famous chicken sandwich to the nuggets and waffle fries, Chick-fil-A is hard to beat. That's why fans near I-25 and Crossroads Blvd. are so fired up.

2nd Chick-fil-A Location In Loveland, On Crossroads and I-25 Near Blue Arena Opening

For over a decade, if you wanted Chick-fil-A in the Loveland area, you had to hit the only location in the area which was in the Target shopping center on I-25 and Highway 34. Since then, they've opened new locations in Fort Collins, Greeley, and now in TImnanth.

Due to the overwhelming popularity in the area, and the insane growth rate around the Blue Arena, Chick-fil-A bought land off of I-25 and Crossroads near Nordy's last year, and what was once just a dream, is now a reality as its crazy triple ordering lane is ready, it's finally almost ready to open.

When Will The New Chick-fil-A In Loveland Near Blue Arena Be Open?

While no official opening date has been announced, the restaurant did use a "#septemberherewecome" hashtag in a recent post on its official Facebook page signifying that September is its launch month. There were rumors about them being ready by next week, and the location looks ready to go, so maybe they surprise us.

Regardless, we're excited to welcome them into the area, as they'll be our new favorite stop before hitting Colorado Eagles games this fall, for sure! While we wait, check out these local Colorado spots to get your fried chicken fix...
