9 Cars stolen From Colorado Dealership

In my lifetime I've heard reports of a vehicle being stolen from a local dealership around Northern Colorado, but nothing like this. In the overnight hours on Monday (2/28/22), nine, yes nine different vehicles were stolen from the same car dealership. Automotive Imports in Denver, which is located at 1207 South Platte River Dr is the local dealership that had the vehicles stolen from them. CBS 4 in Denver was able to speak with Kiley Woods, a representative from Automotive Imports, who had the following to say:

“We are hoping to get the word out to hopefully recover some of these vehicles”

These are the vehicles that CBS 4 is reporting missing per officials working on the case:

  • 2020 Toyota 4Runner (Silver)

  • 2011 Audi S4 (White)

  • 2021 Volkswagen Arteon (Gray)

  • 2018 BMW M4 (Black)

  • 2019 Audi A5 (Black)

  • 2018 BMW 4 Series (White)

  • 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia (Gray)

  • 2003 Mercedes E-Class (Silver)

  • 2011 Cadillac SRX (Gray)

Along with the vehicles, Automotive As of this writing, there are zero current arrests or leads on the case so if you know anything, you're advised to contact the Denver crime Stoppers right away at 720-913-STOP (7867).

Obviously, I know zip about carjackings but I can't help but think of the movie "Gone in 60 Seconds: when writing this story. To get nine vehicles at one time, was clearly plotted and extremely well thought out and planned. Might be tough to get those vehicles back given all the "trouble" these thieves went though. Hopefully they find the thieves at the very least.
