Sure, you can grab a burger at almost any restaurant in Colorado, but sometimes finding a really good one isn't that easy. Even places that are known for their tasty burgers can become super overhyped.

One place we'd never heard of until we were on our way to a local staycation recently, completely blew our mind though because honestly, since we had never heard of it before, we didn't expect it to be nearly as good as it ended up being.
