A few months back, Gelazzi in Old Town Fort Collins closed their doors to the dismay fans of their frozen concoctions and liquored-up desserts. But, according to their Facebook page Gelazzi gelato italiano café is back!
They'll be re-opening this Saturday and giving away fee gelato. (You know I'm a sucker for free eats!)

According to the City of Fort Collins the lights will be on through Sunday night (Feb. 17, 2013) and will start to be taken down on Monday.

An Old Town Fort Collins bar has been shut down for good by city officials. ‘Wall Street’ (Located at at 214 Linden St.) was temporarily shut down on May 12th after a surprise inspection, and today the city revoked their liquor license.

I think we can all agree that the holiday lights that get hung in Old Town Fort Collins are beautiful. Even if you ‘bah-humbug’ the Christmas season, you have to admit that those lights give a magical feel to the area.
But are all those pretty lights worth $75,000? Without funding there might be no lights in Old Town this Christmas.
