Weld County has a Bright Future

Weld County strives for community excellence with it's Bright Future Workforce/Higher Education Program. Unexpected Opportunities: Building a Winning Workforce is this Friday, 10/30/15 in Greeley at the Union Colony Civic Center from 8-10pm. It's free, everyone is invited, and will feature inspirational speaker, Tim Elmore. Why should you care, you ask?

It's all centered around Weld County's Bright Futures Program. This program is something that every county needs. Weld County feels so strongly about it, they have put $15 Million towards it for 2016. This is something that tax dollars SHOULD go to. It helps and supports the community in a strive to make it better and stronger. This programs teaches and benefits small business of the community, and helps the advancement of education for our youth as well as our veterans returning home.

This Friday is your chance to learn more about it, which therefore makes you a more educated voter and more knowledgeable about where your tax dollars are going. Speaking of taxes...those that donate receive tax incentive payment/credit. All while helping local high school graduates, those with GEDs, and Honorably Discharged Veterans.
