The City of Fort Collins will be doing some work on a water line starting the evening of Wednesday, March 18, 2020, that will mean a shutdown of eastbound lanes.

Folks that need to travel eastbound on Horsetooth Road in Fort Collins, be on the alert.

The city will be closing eastbound Horsetooth at Lemay starting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, in order to get 'phase 1' in repairing a water line done.

The closure will be from Lemay to Lochwood, which is just about where Collndale Golf Course is. So, it's not a LONG section, but eastbound travel will be detoured onto Lemay; westbound travel will not be unaffected.

The closure should be lifted by Sunday, March 22.
