Popular Colorado Coffee Shop Closed Today. Is It For Good?
Colorado loves their coffee, which is probably why it feels like there are coffee shops every five blocks or so in some areas. One popular coffee location closed its doors today at noon, but is it permanent?
Popular Colorado Coffee Location Closed. Will It Re-Open?
Why is coffee so popular in Colorado? It could be the altitude, it could be the colder/chillier weather for about half the year, or maybe it's that people in Colorado have so much to do that they have to have coffee to make up for the lack of rest. People are straight addicted to that tasty cup of joe not just in Colorado, but all over the country.
One of Colorado's favorite and fastest-growing locations for coffee is Colorado's own Ziggi's. Did you know Ziggi's very first location opened in Longmont, Colorado, in 2004? Now it's blowing up. Other favorites around Northern Colorado, Denver, and Colorado Springs are Dutch Bros. and the Human Bean which are both pretty tasty. The "Coffee King" though with nearly 500 locations in Colorado, is still Starbucks. One of the chain's more popular locations closed its doors at noon today, what's the deal?
Starbucks on I-25 And Highway 52 Is Now Closed
If you're a Denver commuter for work or play, one of the easiest stops to get a quick cup of coffee or another tasty caffeinated beverage, is the Starbucks location at I-25 and Highway 52 in the Erie/Dacono area. Signs on the door let customers know that today, March 8th, at noon, the store would be closing. The good news though? It's getting a full remodel and has a planned reopening date of April 25th.
Many Starbucks locations have undergone makeovers and it's time for this extremely popular location to get a nice facelift of its own. While you wait, there is a Starbucks location just north of the closed location at I-25 and Highway 119, or further south at I-25 and Highway 7.
