How much snow is too much snow? If you're a skier, 123 inches of snow over two days could be your biggest dreams coming true. And you're only a short plane ride away from shredding that powder.

According to Transworld Snowboarding, Mt. Baker in Washington and Whistler in British Columbia could see anywhere between 115-123 inches of snow over a two day period. Can't believe that an area could receive that much snow over a short period of time? Check out this weather forecast from NOAA for Mt Baker:

For most of us in Northern Colorado, some of the above totals that they will receive in one day we would only see over a two or three day period!

The storm which is dropping this much snow could also turn out to be a positive for drought stricken California as they could see a sizable snow as well. It may pale in comparison to the amounts in Washington but will be a great snowfall to help with drought conditions.

So if you are a skier or snowboarder, pack up the equipment and get ready. This could be an epic weekend if you can get to the Pacific Northwest.
