Northern Colorado A Winter Wonderland on the First Official Day of Winter

The first full day of winter  came in with mother nature's guns blazing. A winter weather advisory continues until 11 a.m. this morning, and could drop another inch or two of snow. You will find Traffic updates and closures around Northern Colorado here.

TRAFFIC:

• I-25 CLOSED north of Cheyenne
• Multiple accidents east of County Road 55 on Highway 392

Fort Collins is on accident alert, as is Loveland.

CLOSURES:

• Aims Community College in Greeley, Loveland, and Ft. Lupton are closed
• Foothills Gateway is closed
• T.R. Paulson in Fort Collins is closed

Also, DIA has cancelled over 50 flights, so be sure to check your flight status if you are doing any holiday traveling, and give yourself extra time to get to the airport.
