New Belgium Brewery One of the Best Places to Work in the United States

Chose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. You have heard it before, but even at a job you love, there are days where it is work to go to work. I have never worked there, but it sounds like the folks who are lucky enough to have New Belgium Brewery in Fort Collins printed on the top of their paychecks have it pretty good. Outside Magazine’s “Best Places to Work” issue hits stands Tuesday and lists New Belgium Brewing Co. in the top 5.

It is nothing new for New Belgium to make this list, it is the third time the Brewery has been featured. The brewery took third place on the list in 2011 and first in 2009, this year they came in the number five spot.

Colorado had six companies in the top 30 on the list, including the top two spots. Atop the list is Denver-based tech company Readytalk. Natural Habitat Adventures of Louisville took No. 2. Blue Tent Marketing of Carbondale also made the top 10 at No. 7. Trackvia of Denver came in at No. 23 on the list and Rally Software in Boulder at No. 25.

To make the list New Belgium had to apply to Outside and go through an extensive survey process, and with the help of its on-site yoga, a volleyball court, climbing wall, indoor slide, foosball table, ping pong, and employees’ shift beer it was probably a no-brainer for the magazine to choose them.
