Man Tries To Steal Lawnmower By Towing It Away With His Bicycle

What's the towing capacity of your bicycle? It's apparently enough to tow a lawn mower, at least that's what I gather from this story of a Florida man who tried to steal a mower and tow it away on his bike.According to MySunCoast.com, the 53-year-old walked into a neighbor's carport and came out pushing a lawnmower. (This was all seen by other neighbors)

He then tied the lawn mower to the back of his bicycle with some string and towed the mower off the property. Neighbors called police who quickly tracked him down, returned the mower and charged him with felony burglary.

Riding a bike with a mower stung to the back is probably not the most inconspicuous way to escape a crime.
