June 21 will be the longest day of the year, so get to Downtown Loveland and take it all in while helping rescue animals find their forever homes!

Thursday, June 21, 2018, is the Summer Solstice- the longest day of the year, and with that Loveland Taphouse on 4th Street in Downtown Loveland is holding their inaugural 'Dog Days of Summer Solstice' fundraiser!

That day, from when they open at 11 a.m. until they close, they'll be raising money for Bounce Animal Rescue in Fort Collins. Bounce Animal Rescue is a foster-based rescue whose goal is to rescue animals from high-kill shelters all over the country. They pace them with loving fosters and ultimately find their forever homes.

During the event at Loveland Taphouse $.50 from every beer, $1.00 from every glass of wine and $1.00 from every cocktail will benefit Bounce! Of course, Loveland Taphouse has a wide selection of Colorado beers, but you may not know about their selection of wines and their full bar; so this is a great way to check them out if you haven't already!

They have a great patio out back, so bring your patio-friendly pup to the 'Dog Days of Summer Solstice' fundraiser!
