Take this one, for instance. A father made an LED light suit for his 22-month-old daughter, which you can see her delightfully showing off in this video.
She looks like a video game character. Or a Hollywood special effect. Or an alien that is bound to frighten a neighbor as he goes to put garbage out on the curb. Or all three.
Color us impressed because the award for best Halloween costume is no longer the landslide we thought it was.
