A Development That Has Been in the Works in Some Fashion Since 1999
According to the City of Loveland records, it's taken a lot to get the property updated and line with today's standards, including dealing with it being in a flood plain (bringing in 600,000 cubic-yards of fill-dirt,) capping old wells, and getting CDOT to OK improvements on 402 and 287 for getting in and out of South Village.
It was definitely "weird" to not see that old house at t he corner; but bringing in the kind of development will be great for south Loveland.
