I don't mean to sound like a Disney Princess, but for the first time in forever, I'm genuinely excited about a new restaurant opening its doors in Northern Colorado. We have some of the best local restaurants in the state up here, and we have just about every big box and chain store and restaurant imaginable.

One particular chain, though, that has been a dream, quite frankly, to many, is finally opening. We were teased about an In-N-Out Burger location coming to Fort Collins off of College Avenue a few years back, but that didn't happen. In fact, Dave's Hot Chicken just opened in the same proposed space as the In-N-Out Burger proposal. As the old saying goes, though, when one door closes, another opens ...

About a year ago, it was announced that In-N-Out Burger had purchased the land where the old MiMi's Cafe in Loveland, Colorado, was located, with plans to knock it down and build Northern Colorado's very first In-N-Out Burger location. After anxiously waiting for months for this awesome NoCo addition to be built, the time has finally come!

In-N-Out Burger announced that its Loveland, Colorado, location would be open to the public on Friday, Nov. 10th, 2023, at 10 a.m. Being the very first location in Northern Colorado, in such a congested part of the city as it is, the city of Loveland revealed its plans to help In-N-Out control traffic, which we reported on yesterday. If you're planning on going this weekend, though, to grub down on a Double-Double and some fries, here's the map of the traffic plan

As you can see, you'll need to use Hahns Peak Drive to access In-N-Out's drive-thru.

If dining inside, you can probably navigate through the parking lot as if you're going to Target, etc., but you cannot currently turn left at Fall River Drive going east on 34 as you have in the past, and you will not be able to turn left towards In-N-Out if you turn on Fall River going westbound on 34.

It's sure to be a mess, so get all of the traffic control directions HERE, and we'll see you over there sometime soon.

We can't believe it's finally here!
