After another peaceful protest in Fort Collins, the police went to social media to tell the public this: "We hear you. We see you. We stand with you."

Many people gathered on Friday (June 5) in Old Town Fort Collins to peacefully support their cause. Law enforcement noted the peaceful nature of the protests as well, going to Facebook to describe how there were

"No barricades, no boarded up windows, no violence or vandalism. Just elevated voices and community strength that’s focused on raising the bar."

The Fort Collins police thanked residents for another incredibly peaceful, powerful call to action. This isn't the first peaceful protest, earlier in the week residents took to the sidewalks in front of the police station. You can watch that protest here.
