Are you looking for a furry friend this holiday season? If so, you're in luck.

Nature's Herbs and Wellness Center is teaming up with the Humane Society of Weld County to host Homies for the Holidays, a two-day, soon-to-be-annual adoption event.

On Saturday, November 6, and Sunday, November 7, adoptable dogs from the Humane Society will be on-site at the Nature's Herbs and Wellness Center location in Milliken (cats and bunnies will also be available for adoption off-site).

"Getting to team up with the Humane Society is something that is just super cool for us as a business," said Chrissy DeLeon, Retail Manager at Nature's Herbs and Wellness Centers, in our "Tuned In to NoCo" interview. "We are just really excited to help them raise some money [and] see the pets adopted off. It should be a great time."

For every pet adopted at the event, Nature's Herbs and Wellness Center will donate $100 to the Humane Society. Guests will also receive a $25 Wing Shack gift card when they adopt a pet.

An animal behaviorist will be on-site to help adopters adjust to their new pet, along with food and live music. You can learn more about the event online here.

Nature's Herbs and Wellness Center is hoping to adopt out at least 100 animals this holiday season. Make sure to stop by and find your Homie for the Holiday!
