Downward Dog Days of Summer
Help beat the stress of a new school year starting with outdoor yoga, a brisk 5k and then adorable dogs and cats needing good homes! Help beat the stress of a new school year starting with outdoor yoga, a brisk 5k and then adorable dogs and cats needing good homes! Enjoy the gorgeous days of summer we still have left with a yoga session with your dog, and then a walk/run in the morning sunlight, and then meet some of the animals that you are helping to find good homes for while helping yourself stay healthy and de-stressed. There will be food trucks on site to help fuel you up after all the de-stressing you will accomplish!
Saturday, August 25th, Downward Dog Days of Summer will be from 9am to 1pm at Bittersweet Park in Greeley. The Tree of Life Yoga Studio is also helping to celebrate the end of summer with this unique 5k walk/run in the way that you can choose which activity to do first. They will offer a yoga session before the 5k, or if you would rather do the 5k to loosen up and be more flexible, you can do the yoga session after the 5k. Be sure to get your tickets quick for this one of a kind way to help yourself feel better and the animals of the Weld County Humane Society.
