Cheyenne Frontier Days: Shelby’s Top Five Fall Out Boy Picks
These guys have continued to bust out hit after hit in the last decade, so admittedly most of these are going to be from my 2007 emo side-bangs phase which is a little embarrassing but here we go!
Also, Pete Wentz and I went through that phase together so...
It's just been announced that pop-rock A-listers Fall Out Boy will be performing at this summer's Cheyenne Frontier Days. I'm taking a look back at the band's many phases from expressly-emo boy band, to pop-punk all-stars to when I'm pretty sure they were just competing with Panic! At the Disco for longest song titles, and I'm curating their best work for you (likely based on what was on my high school playlists).
Sugar, We're Going Down (2005)
We're goin' down down dibadibayaround. Aw, the antlers are just so cute.
A Little Less Sixteen Candles, A Little More 'Touch Me' (2006)
Sixteen Candles is one of my favorite movies.
'Fred, she's gotten her boobies!'The Carpal Tunnel of Love (2007)
Young Volcanoes (2013)
Fall Out Boy's Drunk History (as Told by Brendan Urie) (2015)
In case you were wondering how Fall Out Boy came to be, I think Panic! At the Disco's Brendan Urie tells it well...
I've watched this about eight times now.
